There will be differen requirments for different parts of this sites use. Viewing most of the site is open to the public eye and does not have special requirements.
Anyone that actually belongs to the ATTC or is reviewing back house information, such as themes, lectures, blogs or such, must at the very least, be a Live.com account holder. You can register a live account

Head Master
Head Master will be in charge of over seeing almost everything. Scheduling events, lectures, putting together staff and more. The Head Master will over see the operation in its entirty. The Head Master will be responsible for online saftey and concerns to the project. Head Master will be avalible to His staff via messengers and emails. He will respond to any converns with in 48 hours. The Head Master will do fianle review of any slave and confrence with the staff of placement of the slave on gor. As well he will over veiw completion of any Frees training, but has nothing to do with thier placement on Gor as they are Free and may choose their destiny.
The Head Master can belong to a Homestone elsewhere as long as his dutys are not neglected with ATTC. The Head Master will be in personal communication with MGR of site. Head Master will have a live.com account and website account within ATTC. He should have time to learn the back house programs. Knowledge of Gor and its aspects. A good knowledge of online gorean sites, chat, homes and players, as well as drama free...AND A THICK SKIN (so far one applied)
Head Mistress
Head Mistress will have a wide varity of duties in the ATTC. To be honest, with the lack of Men roleplaying html chat these days, I feel this position just might feel a void in a Womans online time. The Head Mistress responsibilty will include but not limited to: Teaching or coordinating teaching of the female roles through out the various cultures of gor. Helping in online safety. Discussions and plannings of FW events within the center, a good way to match slaves to homes and the like.
This Head Mistress will of course be required to have a live.com account as well as Site account. Must be capable of learing the back house system. She will have personal communication with MGR of site.
She will be accesable via email/messenger to staff and those under her care. Must respond to needs of the site within 48 hours. This person needs to be of thick skin and well rounded as well. (two have applied that mgr can not verify information. One has applied with refrences and history)
Slave Trainer
Touchy position to fill. This person as above must have live.com account, be registered with the site and be capable of learning the back house.
Trainer must be well versed in all gorean cultures, been around for some time with a reptutable name. Must be willing to submit his format for viewing before its implemented. Must be willing to take the extra steps to help new people adapt to this venue, as well help re teach the ones coming back or relearning to gain the fire back. The format must not be as if in html chat slaver rooms. This is a learning center. Many slaves disregard slaver homes or keep coming back and forth to them for only one thing, beatings, sex, attention. This is not the intent of this site.
You must be a decent roleplayer as well.
YOUR ROLE in the ATTC will be the most looked at, you will be under constant eye of the staff. SAFETY of those learning being our TOP priorty.
